Shelf makeover

Hi everyone...hope everyone is having a great day....I've been really busy doing makeovers from things that I bought from flea markets and thrift stores..

This shelf was one that I just bought last Saturday ...I was looking for something to go on the wall above my kitchen table and when I seen this I knew it was just what I was looking for....

I only paid $10.00 for it....

And this is after I add a sheet of wainscoting on the back....painted it black....added an overcoat of Burgundy....sanded it then applied a coat of minwax,walnut stain to it....

I have a tool caddy that I want to get done today....so I am off to get it painted outside while the sun is shining nice and bright...
